I’m a few weeks into Keto, and am having a rare old time falling in love with baking and cooking again.
All I wanted to say really was, it’s absolutely lovely to have a British Keto site, with ingredients we can actually obtain!

A very informative site and excellent for low-carb food planning.
However the recommendation relating to artificial sweetener’s I feel should be amended to included the research that has now shown unequivocally that artificial sweeteners are in fact as bad for you as refined sugar, or worse fructose as found in corn syrup which is used in extensively in many processed foods.
Overall though a very useful site.
